Immediate Past President : Pam Preer, PMP Contact Officer
Pam has over 15 years of project experience and is currently employed by TSYS as an Associate Project Director with the International Division. In her current position, she is responsible for assisting clients in converting on to the TS2 system. Her professional background includes project management, compliance management, quality assurance and business analysis. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Columbus State University, MBA from Troy University and most recently, her M.S degree in Organizational Leadership from her alma mater Columbus State University.
In her spare time, she likes reading leadership and motivational materials, spending time with family and friends and living life to its fullest. She also volunteers with local charities and is a member of Toastmasters International. Pam has two sons and currently resides in Columbus Georgia.
President : Rosana Juestel, PMP Contact Officer
Rosana has over 10 years of professional experience in a variety of areas such as, planning, research, coordination, plan implementation, process improvement, customer relations, project management, and marketing/advertising. Rosana is currently working for Synovus as the PMO Program Analyst where she is responsible for planning and coordinating different programs for the bank from start to finish. In her last position with TSYS as a Client Analyst/Project Coordinator, Rosana supported the day-to-day client services and development for the new account, fraud, portfolio management and collection services as well as worked on coordinating multiple internal projects for the North America and International markets.
Rosana is originally from Bogota, Colombia where she completed her bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Catholic University of Colombia. Then moved to the states and earned another bachelor degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University. Shortly thereafter, she obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the same university. Rosana earned her PMP certification in July 2017. She speaks Spanish, English and some German. Rosana is also a member of Toastmasters International where she learns and practices her public speaking and meeting skills. She has been a member of PMI since 2014. Shortly after joining, she became the VP of Marketing and Communications for our Chapter. She has enjoyed preparing different marketing material and communications to help with the various meetings and events. She is eager to continue making positive contributions to our chapter now as President.
VP of Governance : Alison Mills-Long, PMP, CMQ/OE Contact Officer
Alison has over 22 years experience in Project Management focusing on the Financial Services industry. She worked with TSYS for 10 years managing bankcard compliance, billing statement redesign and software development projects for clients such as Bank of America, Sears and Nordstrom. Alison was also part of the team that converted the first client to the TS2 platform. Her last position with TSYS was as Associate Director in TS2 Customer Contact Systems and currently works for BB&T as VP/BankCard Vendor Relationship Manager. She earned her B.A. degree from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. She earned her PMP certification in May 2003 and her CQM (Certified Quality Manager - ASQ) in March 2005.
She has been a member of PMI since 1995 and was a founding member of the PMI Columbus, GA Chapter which was chartered in October 1996. She has served as an officer of the chapter since the Columbus, GA chapter founded in 1996. Alison volunteers at for Columbus Hospice, CHRS Healing Notes Program, and is a member of the New Horizons Community Service Board - Development Advisory Board.
VP of Membership : Renay Eve Davis, PMP Contact Officer
After working over 15 years in the environmental waste industry with Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. in a variety of customer service management roles, Eve found herself in a place she never thought she would...outside of Safety-Kleen. After a series of events and a lot of prayer, she embarked on a new journey within the IT field at the Muscogee County School District. Longing to find her new niche, she decided to further her education in this area. Soon after receiving dual degrees in Networking and Computer Support from Columbus Technical College, she also earned her PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2015. Currently, Eve is the Technology Projects Manager for the Muscogee County School District IT Call Center. Throughout her career, regardless of the positions she's held or certifications achieved, she knows what matters most are the relationships and partnerships we form along the way. Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time with her family, being active in the community and her church.
VP of Programs : Analiza Pamintuan-Khalil Contact Officer
Analiza has over 15 years combined project experience previously as a Business Analyst/Solutions-Lead at TSYS and currently approaching her third year as a Project Manager at Synovus. She has successfully served the Filipino American Association of Columbus, Georgia as Program VP with her involvement in the Columbus/Fort Benning communities promoting heritage, unity, and diversity. Analiza has earned various recognitions, appreciations and certificate of awards from other non-profitable organizations such as Georgia’s First Consolidated Government by the Mayor’s Commission on Diversity for her contribution, support, and Outstanding Pioneer Effort in the Growth and Development of our Community, International Network, Fort Benning Commanding General Major General (Ret) Carl F. Ernst, and NaFFAA Region 4—National Federation of Filipino American Associations. In her professional life, she has also achieved various recognitions in Inspiring Performances for Excellence and Relationships, Certificate GE Amex Rebrand Project, and Certificate for the Enterprise Service Bus Stabilization Alerts at TSYS.
VP of Finance : Thomas Jarrett, PMP Contact Officer
Tom has over 25+ years of experience in Project Management focusing on the Financial Services, and Utility industries. He has worked for TSYS for 12 years managing client implementations, process re-engineering initiatives, and software development projects for clients such as Citizens Financial, BMO, Navy Federal Credit Union, and President's Choice. Tom was also part of the team that converted some of the first clients to use TSYS's call center solution product named 'ProphIT'. His current position with TSYS is Associate Director in North American Project Management where he leads a team of six project managers overseeing large enterprise-wide initiatives. He earned his B.S. degree from The College of New Jersey in Trenton, New Jersey. He earned his PMP certification in September 2004.
He has been a member of PMI since 2003 and has held leadership positions in the South Florida chapter as well as the Columbus, GA Chapter. He has served as an officer of the chapter previously as VP of Finance from 2008 through 2012. Tom volunteers at his local church, Central Baptist in Americus by leading and teaching Sunday school classes, he is active as VP of his local home owners association, and the Hands of Hope Ministry.
Treasurer : Aimee Sufka, PMP Contact Officer
Aimee began her foray into project management as a Project Control Analyst at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. After moving to Memphis, Tennessee, she began working in the Financial Services industry and has held IT-related project management and information security positions to the present. After leaving First Horizon National Corporation in 2013, she and her husband moved to Columbus where she became Director of Information Security Risk Governance at Synovus Financial Corp. She has since been promoted to Senior Director and manages a team of seven analysts.
Aimee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Business Administration from Samford University. She joined PMI Memphis, TN, Chapter in 2001 and earned her PMP designation in 2004. She has previously served as VP of Membership for the Memphis, TN, Chapter of PMI.
VP of Marketing : Victor Joseph Contact Officer
Victor started his professional career in the US NAVY and later in the US AIR FORCE RESERVES where he developed a strong understanding of diversity and effective leadership. After serving his country honorably for 12 years, he joined TSYS performing duties as a Business Analyst for one of the largest clients in 2003. Victor left the company in 2007 to pursue one of his entrepreneurial dreams of providing new technology in the residential construction industry. He rejoined TSYS in 2009 as a Client Support Analyst for the TSYS Helpdesk providing issue resolution for internal and external clients. In 2012 he transitioned into a new role at TSYS serving as a Senior Business Analyst developing solutions for client initiated projects impacting multiple TSYS applications. Victor was always curious about the world of project management/leadership and transitioned into a PM role in 2015. He has not looked back since his transition! Victor continues his work with TSYS as an IT Program Manager where he is responsible for large corporate IT initiatives to enhance production and revenue.
Victor earned his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Business from Florida Memorial University in Miami, FL. He volunteers his time weekly at Downtown Elementary Magnet Academy (DEMA) mentoring boys to be the best they can be in school and at home. He serves on the executive board of directors for the Building Responsible Individuals through Discipline, Guidance, and Education (B.R.I.D.G.E.) program helping young men and women achieve their G.E.D. He is passionate about serving his fellow veteran brothers through the House of Heroes (HOH) as a team captain. Victor joined PMI in 2014 and has significantly enhanced his project management knowledge through the information provided from local and national PMI resources. One of his goals for 2018 is to achieve his PMP certification and encourage others to enhance their professional careers. He is a proud father to his beautiful girl Lela, and a loving husband to his stunning wife Guilda who is a passionate school counselor at Reese Road Leadership Academy. One of his favorite quotes is: "The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement."
Officer At Large : Shannon Zimmermann Contact Officer
Shannon spent many years as a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom. Once her son began high school, she re-entered the workforce, working at the Muscogee County School District in Information Services. She is currently Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Security Officer at Synovus. In this role, Shannon is involved in many ongoing security and governance projects, involving stakeholders across the Synovus footprint.
Shannon attended Columbus State University and has always been very organized and meticulous. Those traits are what prompted her to pursue Project Management. She has been a member of PMI and the local chapter since November 2017. In March 2018, she received her CAPM certification, and plans to take the PMP certification exam within the next two years. Shannon is also founder and owner of Columbus Eats Food Tours, a walking culinary tour in Uptown Columbus.
Shannon refers to herself as a “habitual volunteer”, volunteering with organizations such as Columbus Hospice, Live Healthy Columbus, American Cancer Society, Uptown Columbus, Feeding the Valley Food Bank, United Way, and her church. She is married; has one son (human) and one daughter (English Bulldog).
VP Professional Development : Jodi Wisor, PMP Contact Officer
Jodi has worked in the IT field for almost 30 years, first in private industry and now the public sector. Her experience includes Project, Program and Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Process Re-Engineering, Education and Application Development & Support. Jodi earned her PMP certification in 2010. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Information Technology from Columbus State University. Additionally, as an instructor for a national university since 2004, Jodi teaches Project Management, Software Applications, Career Development Strategies, and Academic Strategies.
Officer At Large : Christy Snow Contact Officer
Christy Snow is a graduate from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. After caring for the critically ill for 5 years, she decided to explore other interests, including substitute teaching for the Baldwin County School System and taking additional master level accounting courses. Through a whirlwind of events in 2015, Christy found herself making a fresh start in Columbus, GA. In 2016, Christy joined the Project Management Office at the Muscogee County School District as a Project Assistant. Due to her fascination with the profession, she is currently working to further her education in this area and plans to sit for the PMP. In her spare time, Christy enjoys playing the guitar, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is very grateful for the opportunity to serve this chapter.

Chapter Webmaster : Jay Knape, PMP Contact Officer
Jay has over 13 years of experience in project management and 15+ years in software development. 11 of those years as a University Webmaster at Columbus State University. Currently employed with TSYS as a Project Manager on special projects. Jay join the Columbus Chapter in 2012 and became an officer in 2014. He received his PMP certification in 2013. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communication from Howard Payne University, and his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Columbus State University.
PMI Military Liaison : David Kennedy, PMP Contact Officer
David transitioned from the Army and began a career with Synovus Financial Corporation as a project manager in June 2016. During his eight years in the military, he held a variety of roles ranging from direct leadership to human resources and project manager equivalent positions. David earned his PMP Certification in March 2016 and holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He and his wife Beth Anne have two wonderful children: Lucas and Lillian.

Tamara has over 13 year of experience in project management. She’s currently employed by JVL Laboratories where she held various positions throughout the company and is currently head of Research and Development. Tamara’s been with PMI Chapter since 2015 and has obtained her PMP certificate in 2016. She holds Master of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA.
