Amy received her Bachelor of Arts, History, from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL. After college, Amy remained in the South instead of returning to New England. She is married to Sammy Hatfield. She has two children Eliot, 24, and Charlie, 21. In addition to her two children, she has triplet step-daughters, Madison, McKenzie, and Mikayla who are 17.
Amy worked in newspaper advertizing in Alabama for several years until moving to Georgia in 1997. She worked in marketing until she studied computer technology. With this new skill set, she became a systems engineer at TSYS (now Global Payments) in 2000. From that position, she moved into IT project management. She is currently an Associate Director, Project Management leading the Global Payments, Encryption Services Portfolio Management Office, which consist of three team members including herself. Amy is also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. She has been a consultant since 2009. Arbonne believes in offering Pure Safe Beneficial products to enable healthy living inside and out. Amy is a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She is a member of PMI and the PMI Columbus Chapter.
