My name is Natallie Archer-Barnett. I am a Project Management Consultant with over a decade of experience in business analysis, customer service, and advocacy positions. In addition to an MBA from Troy University and a Green Belt Six Sigma Certification from Performance Excellence, I hold a certification in Business Process Analysis from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia; a Change Practitioner certification from PROSCI®; and Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner designations from ScrumAlliance®. I have implemented numerous Client Services current state process enhancements and produced future state recommendations for impending projects. I have been successful in designing, developing and implementing initiatives and projects that have provided my customers with cost savings exceeding $400 billion dollars over the past 12 years. My proven record of accomplishment in successful implementation of business solutions along with generating metrics and key performance indicators for strategic initiatives has provided several mentoring opportunities within my company. I am passionate about learning, attention to detail, relationship building, project planning, and implementing results that govern the current state and future state of business processes associated with various departments at my current employer. I am well versed in Compliance, Department of Insurance, Product Development, and Privacy guidelines maintaining the utmost level of client confidentiality. I have recently become active in the project management arena through my membership in the Columbus, GA PMI Chapter. I am also active in the business analysis community through my membership in IIBA® Greater Atlanta Chapter. I was instrumental in piloting and implementing the chapter’s first Virtual Membership program in Columbus, GA and served as the VP of Finance for two years (Jan 2018 – May 2020).
