The PMI Columbus, GA Chapter invites you to participate in our upcoming monthly chapter meeting event.
This presentation will cover an executive summary review of the Agile Scrum methodology. It will discuss when the use of Agile is appropriate, the roles involved, terminology, and how PMs fit into a scrum team. The session will wrap up with tactics and lessons-learned while implementing Agile at a large company.

James Gordon, PMP, CSM Bio
Mr. Gordon is an independent consultant at Cloud Notions, specializing in implementation and development on the Salesforce.com platform. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO), and has worked in an Agile environment for most of the last decade.
Prior to his role as a consultant, Jim was the Director of Product Management at Herff Jones. He has also worked in the Columbus area at TSYS and as an Army officer. During his career Jim has served many roles, from Business Analysis to Development to Project Management to Architecture.
From a professional development perspective, Jim has spoken at PMI and Salesforce.com events. He is a member of this PMI Chapter, co-leader of the Columbus Salesforce.com User Group, and supporter of several community initiatives such as the Columbus Data Science Meetup, FIRST Technology Challenge, and FIRST Lego League. Jim is a graduate of Indiana University and the Auburn University MBA program.
